This was done during the holidays between semester 1.2 and 2.1 of 3D IMT. I had some ideas at the time and went with this one as I wanted to re-use the compass I made in Cinema 4D for an assignment.

After importing and retopologizing the compass in Blender, I then modelled and textured the rest of the scene from scratch with the compass as the focus.

It was the first time I made a scene without any references or ideas from the internet and it was a good learning experience for me.
